30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email hello@hummingbirdandco.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll offer a full refund or replacement — whichever you prefer.

Because it's food

For food-safety reasons, we don't accept opened pouches back for resale. We'll refund or replace, but please dispose of any opened product locally.

Subscription cancellations

You can skip or cancel your subscription anytime from the confirmation email or by contacting us. If we already shipped your next box, that order will still arrive — but you won't be billed again.
