Hummingbird & Co. started with a simple frustration: the nectar mixes on the shelf were full of red dye and questionable ingredients, and doing it yourself meant hauling out a measuring cup every couple of days. There had to be a better way.
So we made one. Pre-measured pouches of 100% pure cane sugar — the recipe wildlife biologists have recommended for decades — packaged in resealable pouches that don't dust up your pantry. No dyes. No honey. No brown sugar. Nothing you wouldn't want your backyard visitors drinking.
Everything we ship is designed around three things: your birds' health, your time, and the small pleasure of watching your feeder come alive in the morning. That's it.
